Machine with 5 axes

In order to maintain a high level of competitiveness in the automotive market, 3D Est has acquired a new DMG MORI DMU MonoBLOCK95 cutting center.

This is a 5-axis machining center that works simultaneously, so we enrich our range of products and machining, such as complex curved gauges, workpiece and multi-pitch or multi- multi-faceted technological surfaces.

Due to this acquisition, the processing time of these complex components considerably decreases, which would otherwise take much longer with conventional machining machines.
